Uschi, this is fantastic! You really made me smile! Your collection is wonderful. I particularly love all your patterned stones. I could look at this collection for hours!
I love it already...even unfinished! I suppose it will just get more and more magical as you add more to it...I like the idea of that, being able to collect along life's way, add to a work of art like this, take away from it, add something new, it could just go on & on.... Uschi, thank you for sharing the stages of this work in progress, it's wonderful to follow.
Thank you all very much!! I'm still working on the box, this will change a bit more! Olga, the forky thing is a part of a metall-sheet where the fork has been cut from. We found lots of these forms in the forest where we lived three years ago. They used it to repair the forest-ways, really!!
My nose-of-ground collection is laying everywhere, especially on my window sill so that I can touch the stones, seashells, feathers etc. everytime I´m walking around. I love to touch them but I love the idea of your beautiful exhib too - are they glued on the ground? Love to see how it will look like when finished
Storyteller - that´s what "nose-of-ground"-findings for me are - combining a picture, a sound, a smell ... reminders of moments of my life.

yes...storytellers is a good word!
I've got them lying around everywhere, too! That's why I thought to give them some appreciation!
