Gehäkelt! Crocheted!

Nachdem die Zehen meines linken Fußes am Wochenende versucht haben, an zwei verschiedenen Seiten um das Bett herum zu gehen, habe ich eine gute Zeit auf dem Sofa gehabt.Ich wusste gar nicht mehr, wie entspannend Häkeln sein kann: Ich musste mich völlig auf die Anleitung konzentrieren -die war auf Englisch- und mein Kopf wurde ganz frei, weil da kein Platz war für etwas anderes, etwas das mir sonst so selten gelingt : wirkliche Anwesenheit bei EINER Sache. Und eigentlich war ich am Anfang so sauer gewesen, weil das Draußen lockte....



After my toes had gone different ways around the corner of our bed I had a great time on the sofa this weekend. I really had forgotten, how relaxing crocheting can be: I had to concentrate totally on the instruction - it was in English- and my mind got free, because there was no space left for something else, something, that I don't often suceed in: being totally aware of what I'm doing... And first, I had been so angry, because I wanted to go OUT!!

dieses nur auf eine Sache konzentrieren habe ich letztes Jahr als ich Socken zu stricken begann entdeckt.
Es hat mir so gut getan.
Und ich muß sagen es ist mittlerweile immer mehr Last zuviel zu denken dadurch abgefallen.
